Description
The Ferrari Electricity Meter Monitoring pack is a plug & play solution for monitoring the electricity consumption of the general meter and is specifically designed for the German market. This solution includes an FM232e sensor, a LoRa micro-gateway and access to a dashboard to view and download the consumption curve. The measurement time step is 1 minute.
The FM232e is an IoT sensor that allows remote monitoring of the load curve of all types of installations from the general electricity meter. Its optical reading head is particularly compatible with electromechanical meters with a rotating disk (Ferrari meters), but also works with electronic meters with a blinking LED. It connects locally via the LoRa network to a LoRa micro-gateway and allows the 1-minute current curve to be sent at regular intervals (every 20 minutes).
The Ferrari Electric Meter Monitoring pack is the ideal solution for monitoring the electricity consumption of small and medium-sized buildings (offices, shops, municipal buildings, etc.)
If the electricity meter has an infrared communication port, it is better to opt for the Digital Stromzähler Monitor pack, which works with German mME electronic electricity meters but also with old Ferraris meters.
