Description
FM442p-n is an NB-IoT/LTE-M sensor designed for monitoring energy consumption in all types of buildings. It detects pulse outputs of some meters (gas, water, electricity, heat…) and its NB-IoT/LTE-M modem connects through standard cellular networks. The FM442p comes with a cable that needs to be connected to the meter pulse interface.
The basic principle of this remote monitoring solution is to use FM442p-n that transmit measurement messages over NB-IoT or LTE-M networks to an MQTT broker where they can be fetched by a data server.
